Coin Wars rage on at MMS

Each Christmas Morgan Middle School has its traditional Coin Wars. Each grade has a jar in the office. Students put cash in their own grade’s jar to go toward their total and coins in the other grade’s jars to count against that grade. The money raised goes to local families to help them have a good Christmas.

Their goal was $3,000 and they surpassed that. Some community members made large donations. Because the school made its goal, students were able to PIE teachers, something that everyone involved looks forward to!
